Refund Policy

The Full app is a one-time purchase of US$17 that unlocks unlimited creations. There is no subscription and nothing renews. It covers the app as it is when you buy; new features added later may be sold separately.

Asking for a refund

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and we'll give your money back, no questions asked. To ask, send us a message from the Support page with the email address you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.

What happens to your creations

Nothing is deleted. After a refund your account goes back to the free plan: your first 3 creations stay open, and any others are locked but kept safe. If you buy again later, they all unlock.

Minecraft Realms

Realms is a separate subscription sold by Mojang, not by us. We can't refund or cancel Realms — cancel it where you signed up (your Microsoft account, PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, App Store or Google Play).

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
